This 60 min online class is a mixture of strength & conditioning guaranteed to make you feel stronger and connect with an amazing group of moms! Ideally a min of 6 months postpartum or have clearance from Pelvic Floor Physio.
30 minutes of cardio/strength followed by a stretch! Get your day started out right with this super convenient class all from your own home! Just get up, workout and be on your way!
Higher intensity class for moms looking for more of a challenge! Suitable for a minimum of 16 weeks postpartum. Strollers welcome! Great space for kids to play and stay at home mom's to get an awesome outdoor workout in.
Functional Strength for Moms to be! Bringing awareness to breathing & alignment, and building strength to help aid in pregnancy, labour & and postpartum. Plus meet other moms to be!
High intensity class along the river - suitable for 6+ months postpartum or clearance from physio. Stroller friendly.
Outdoor mobile class - medium intensity class - baby in stroller while mom works out along the Meewasin trails- power walking, bodyweight exercises, etc. Bring your own mat!
