Free Stroller Class in partnership with Lawson Heights Mall. 45 min class of power walking and resistance band/body weight exercises, followed by 15 minutes of socializing! Registration opens weekly Tuesday.
Indoor class at Centre Mall - baby in stroller while mom works out - power walking, bodyweight exercises, etc. Much socializing!
4 week session - designed to help you reconnect with your core & pelvic floor. Education on alignment, breathing and core connection and adding in progressive movement. Plus sharing all about navigating new motherhood.
