Free Stroller Class - baby in stroller while mom works out along the Meewasin! 45 min of power walking and resistance band/body weight exercises, followed by 15 minutes of socializing! Meet at Isinger Park
Functional Strength for Moms to be! Bringing awareness to breathing & alignment, and building strength to help aid in pregnancy, labour & and postpartum. Plus meet other moms to be!
High intensity class along the river - suitable for 6+ months postpartum or clearance from physio. Stroller friendly.
Outdoor mobile class - medium intensity class - baby in stroller while mom works out along the Meewasin trails- power walking, bodyweight exercises, etc. Bring your own mat!
Indoor class- baby in stroller while mom works out - power walking, bodyweight exercises, resistance band, plus socializing!
